  1. How can I purchase a Reverie timepiece and where can I see one?
    Reverie timepieces can be purchased directly from our webstore. We offer a range of secure payment options through PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make payment; simply check out as a Guest and enter your credit/debit card details when prompted. It's that simple!

    You can take a look at our watches in the metal at our trusted retailers, which can be found here. We recommend reading third party reviews to get a better idea of our timepieces if our watches are not on display at a store near you - check them out here.

  2. When will I receive my Reverie timepiece and what are your delivery procedures?
    Timepieces will be delivered within 3-10 working days depending on your location. We use registered postal services with tracking for all deliveries. Please note that we can ship only to a physical street address and not to a PO box.

    Our parcels will be marked as commercial items and will be assigned the correct item value for customs purposes. Responsibility for delays incurred by the courier or customs will not be borne by us. Also, we are not responsible for any customs duty or VAT/taxes you may incur.


  3. What is the value of a mechanical watch movement?
    Mechanical movements display the time through an intricate system of components working in tandem to regulate the release of power from a wound spring. Compared to battery-powered watches, mechanical watches are generally regarded as more desirable due to their historical importance, sophisticated craftsmanship and beauty in motion.  A fine mechanical watch movement is an engineering marvel and is the culmination of the watchmaker’s art.


  4. Is there a warranty for Reverie timepieces?
    In general, your Reverie timepiece is covered by a repair warranty valid for a period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty only covers the reparation of the timepiece’s mechanical movement and does not extend to any scratches, dents or any damage whatsoever to the watch case, crystal/glass, crown/stem, strap or buckle. The warranty also does not extend to damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch water resistance limitations. The repair warranty is valid only if your timepiece is directly purchased from us or our authorized retailers, and is available to the original buyer only. Lastly, the warranty is void if your timepiece has been repaired by any party apart from our own repair team.

    Excellent after-sales service is important to us. Please feel free to email reveriewatches@outlook.com in the unlikely event your timepiece needs reparation. Do provide us with the reference number stated on your email purchase receipt as well so we can expedite your warranty application. 

  5. What is your return policy?
    You can return your Reverie timepiece within 7 days of receiving it. We are unable to accept any return requests after this 7-day period has expired. Any return request must be made via emailing reveriewatches@outlook.com with the reference number of your order and the name of the buyer. Please note that all postage and insurance fees for the parcel will be borne by you should you choose to return your timepiece.

    Please wait for our reply accepting your return request before posting the timepiece back to us. The acceptance of your return request is entirely up to our discretion. Our acceptance is also conditional on the timepiece being returned in its original condition and packaging, and not having been altered or tampered with. 

    Once we have received the timepiece and have ensured that its physical condition is acceptable, we will refund the price paid for the timepiece less a 5% restocking fee as soon as practically possible (we aim to do this within 3 business days).
